Hi. I’m Stephanie; I’m a certified wellness and nutrition coach who is passionate about helping people live their very best lives.
As a veteran licensed teacher, I have devoted most of the last 20 years helping others learn and empower themselves. As a coach, I help clients create their personalized wellness blueprint. I then guide them through the process of achieving them, using an array of techniques. My main goal is to help you determine what will make your life more meaningful and satisfying while making healthier, lifelong, sustainable nutritional changes. After all, it is your life-shouldn't it be as you want it to be? As a result of my life experiences, I can empathize with those who suffer chronic health issues and have made it my goal to help others find relief. Do you want to have overall better health? Are you looking to lose a few pounds, tone up, have more energy? Do you have food sensitivities or a disease that require dietary restrictions and you don’t know how to manage them? Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance. Your mind and body will thank you for it. No two clients are the same, therefore, my coaching is individualized for your specific needs. I work closely with you: • to determine what emotional patterns might be preventing you from living the life you want; • to live a more well-balanced, healthful life; • to have an advocate on your path to wellness; • to lose some weight; • to learn how to cook delicious, yet simple and wholesome meals; • to get help with recipes and meal planning as you have been recently diagnosed with a health issue that requires a special diet; • to learn how to best navigate a supermarket and save money while still buying organic and non-processed foods; • to detoxify your home both environmentally and physically (i.e. pantry organization and revamping); • to follow an exercise program that meets your goals (i.e. getting more toned, losing weight, etc.) • to be educated and empowered to achieve your goals and to make nutritionally-sound, scientifically supported choices. The word "diet" has been maligned; its true definition is what you consume and your eating habits. I coach my clients on how to find the foods that satisfy their cravings, manage food sensitivities and diseases (including preventative care), enjoy eating free from guilt or denial. I will also help you on your journey to make life-long changes focused on living an active, healthy life. My education has included studying all the major dietary theories, and I routinely read the most updated science-based, peer-reviewed research. As a certified coach in the areas of Integrative Nutrition™, Plant-based Nutrition™, and Precision Nutrition Pn1™, my sole focus is helping you determine what your goals and needs are and how to best attain them.
