- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a free 15 to 30 minute consult to discuss their needs and see if they like what I have to say and offer in terms of coaching. If they agree, I sign them up for ProCoach so they can fill out the questionnaire and start receiving personalized information right away. We then work out a time when they can speak to me for 50-minutes regarding their goals and create our first plan. As they complete the daily short lessons and provide self-reflective feedback, I answer them within 24 business hours and may ask additional questions to further their thinking on that topic.

I have a Master's in Education. I'm also a certified Integrative Wellness and Health Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certified Whole Food Plant Based Coach from e-Cornell and a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach from Precision Nutrition.
