What should I know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? I strive to keep my prices reasonable because I want to work with clients who may otherwise struggle to afford coaching. When someone is dealing with a chronic illness or disease, they are already spending a lot of money on healthcare. As it's more of a concierge-style coaching, you'd see the benefits of having someone available to answer questions outside of the coaching session without additional fees.
What can I expect as your typical process for working with me as a new client? I give you a free 15 minute consult to discuss your needs and see if you like what I have to say and offer in terms of coaching. If you then agree, I send you a questionnaire so you can start receiving personalized information right away. We then work out a time when you can speak to me for 50-minutes regarding your goals. During that time, we will create your first wellness blueprint plan. As we work together, we tweak your action plan based on your progress, course of direction, and desires.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I have a Master's in Education. I'm also a certified Integrative Wellness and Health Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a certified Whole Food Plant Based Coach from e-Cornell and a certified Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coach from Precision Nutrition. I'm also a 200-HR YTT teacher who prefers to practice Yoga Nidra with clients.
Can we meet in person or must we meet over Zoom/phone? In the future, I will be doing in person events again, but since the pandemic, I have found that working virtually allows both the client and myself more opportunities to meet without worrying about weather/traffic, illness flares, etc. I use a HIPPA-compliant site for our documentation (your journals, forms) to remain safe from prying eyes.
